Active Chair Yoga is a playful way to practice standing and seated Yoga postures. Using a chair as a sturdy prop, we work to improve our balance, strength, coordination, and confidence. By focusing on mindful movements, we increase flexibility, relieve stiffness, and promote peace of mind. Breathing techniques and relaxation are incorporated into every class.
