About this Course

Beginners will become comfortable on the ice by learning posture and balance, basic stroking, stops, and turning around cones. CSA approved helmets are required and are available free of charge at the skate shop. Skate rental cards are available for purchase at reception. Skaters will meet in the arena lobby.
