About this Course

Designed for players who are able to rally a green dot ball 20 consecutive times using their forehand and backhand at ¾ court, or players who have a basic understanding of the 5 technical fundamentals in any stroke. Lessons will transition a player from ¾ court to full court using a pressurized ball while isolating basic scenarios when playing singles and doubles
