Let's build some muscle! Time to flex your fitness routine? Strength training in a group environment is an encouraging and fun way to add a strength component to your exercise routine. Hand weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight will be used to develop muscular strength and endurance. A gentle aerobic warm-up and terrific stretch will complete your exercise experience. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. Please bring your own resistance band.
