About this Course

Join Ocean River Sports at the Oak Bay Marina to experience a true island adventure. With the help of Paddle Canada certified staff, you will captain kayaks, paddleboards, and learn about tides, currents, and our underwater ecosystem during these exciting and educational days. From beachcombing and exploring Mary Tod Island, to paddling amongst our diverse coastal environment. Our fun, educational programs are designed to create skilled Ocean Ambassadors, one exciting lesson at a time. This year we will welcome guest speakers from Oak Bay Search and Rescue, and other community partners! Participants will receive discounts on gear, courses, and rentals throughout the summer to experience family fun on the water.
