A moderate intensity, no impact class working with a ballet barre and light weights. Barre Fitness is a full body workout blending dance fitness, yoga and Pilates and is designed to enhance posture, balance, and fluid movement while toning and strengthening. Develop a strong core and lean muscle using graceful movements as you work on body alignment, core strength, and dynamic stability all leading to a strong and confident you. No dance experience necessary. Modifications will be given. The morning classes are suitable for patrons at a beginner fitness level.
