Getting onto and up from the floor is something we often do less and less of as we age. If you find yourself on the ground, can you get up? In this 8-week program we move safely through a series of exercises and stretches that will build the strength and mobility necessary to do just that. We will also review more than one way to get up and down. This program is suitable for anyone who can walk and sit/stand on their own - getting to the floor is not a prerequisite.
