About this Course

This class introduces the mindfulness-awareness practice of 'Meditating with the Body'. Alternating guided instruction and group discussion, we learn how to meditate and develop a sense of how this practice can unfold in and influence our lives. All practices can be done on either the floor or in a chair. Please wear comfortable clothing. No previous experience is required.
