Stressed? Trouble sleeping? This class draws from the 'Meditating with the Body' curriculum to present a series of mindfulness-awareness practices that help us identify and release tension. The result is a heightened sense of well-being that allows us to get on with our day or fall into sleep. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a blanket and pillow.
