About this Course

Start your morning with meditation and teaching from Senior Meditation Teacher, Neil McKinlay. All levels of experience are welcome to join in a guided practice from the mindfulness-awareness repertoire of 'Meditating with the Body'. All practices can be done on both the floor or in a chair. Please wear comfortable clothing. No previous experience is required.
